Join a fast paced Company with multiple practices in Qld, Victoria and WA. This newly created role calls for an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager who has multi-site experience and the drive to effect change across the entire business.

Our client is a dynamic group of surgeries that have been operation for 5 years. They are based in the Brisbane suburbs, and the premises have onsite parking. They have grown to the point of needing a dedicated Practice Development Manager who can work with each site Practice Manager on a day to day basis. This role will be a dynamic one, responsible for the overall profitability, developing and driving doctor relationships, and ensuring all sites have the GP numbers to be financially successful. Make no mistake this is a business role, where profitability is the key focus. You will also be responsible for all GP recruitment and retention, and group marketing. If you have strong business skills coupled by practice management experience, you will really enjoy this role. Experience in managing multiple sites would be a distinct advantage, particularly remotely. If you love being proactive, you will find that you are joining a forward thinking group who are very keen to embrace disruption and new ideas to ensure the business keeps moving forward. If you have the drive and enthusiasm for exceptional practice management and business development as well as experience driving KPI’s you will really enjoy this role. You will report to a Director, allowing you to make decisions quickly and implement as required. Ideally you will be a highly motivated, solution focused individual who is keen to not only add value to procedures and financial outcomes, but who wants to work in a dynamic forward thinking, flexible environment.

Including experience in;

  • Managing all aspects of a successful medical practice,
  • Exceptional time management with the ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and patient,
  • Implementing improvements and changes where necessary, whilst ensuring staff are included,
  • Exceptional computer skills and exposure to PracSoft,
  • Multi-site management and business development,
  • People management and development. This role will include some interstate travel. A salary which reflects experience and ability will be negotiated with the right candidate.
