APEX BRS is a diverse group of Business and Restructure Specialists, which has been formed from many years of senior management experience. All APEX BRS consultants have extensive successful experience managing various forms of business, across many sectors. Consultants have gained experience in industries including Manufacturing and Distribution, Service provision, I.T., Accountancy, Engineering, Banner Management, Building and Construction, Aviation, e-Commerce, Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing, Project Management, Full business restructures, CHRO advice and leadership, Board creation and Chairperson responsibilities, and C-suite training and development. Our team members have succeeded in their previous careers through careful understanding, mentoring, training and support selection of their own staff and businesses. This extensive experience now allows them to confidently and successfully work on projects that benefit a range of businesses, big, small, or start-up.

To ensure success each completed assignment is then followed up over 3 months by the consultant to ensure that you have the tools and practices in place that you need for success. Our consultants will liaise with you regularly during this period to ensure the support provided is implementing in the way it was intended. This helps ensure that any problems are quickly identified and rectified allowing your business to fully capitalise on the changes, support, or new practices that have been put in place, while making sure they are embedded into your company culture and successfully support greater business growth.
We use the same process when placing new employees for you and this helps you as a company ensure that your new employee is engaged and committed to their new role. This can save you weeks (sometimes months) in discovering which internal motivators trigger excellent results, what management practices these people have responded to in the past, both positive and negative and what drives them to success.
