Our client is a South Australian owned National Pharmacy Group incorporating over 30 sites across Australia. They are Australia’s fastest growing group in their industry sector and have diversified to include many readily recognised brands.
As the successful pharmacist, you will be reporting to the Group Directors and managing a large branded pharmacy in a busy shopping area. Ideally you would have spent the last several years consolidating your Dispensary skills, and proving your ability to ensure dispensary and retail staff work effectively and your store performs to its KPI’s. You would have had the opportunity to run at least a small to medium pharmacy and shown your ability to drive success. If you are passionate about customer service, have strong management skills, and enjoy running a successful dispensary where you are encouraged to add your own initiative you will really enjoy this role. Ultimately you will be responsible for the sales, operations, overall profitability, and the future growth of your store.

Have experience in Strategic Planning and budgets
Understand the importance of preparing weekly and monthly KPI Reports and a Budget Tracker.
Can be relied on to supervise Front of shop and dispensary to ensure staff is organized, rostered, delegated to, and encouraged to maximize customer service.
Can ensure performance appraisals are conducted every 6 months.
Understand how to order, manage, and supervise stock requirements and delivery.
Are confident ordering Stock to ensure levels in your dispensary meet customer demands.
